My name is Victoria Fraser. I am based in Arbroath in the beautiful county of Angus. I am an Independent Humanist Celebrant. Fully trained with a Diploma in Couple and Naming Ceremonies and a Certificate of Distinction in Funeral Celebrancy. I am an authorised Marriage Officer and supported by Independent Humanist Ceremonies (www.humanist-ceremonies.org)

I provide weddings, naming ceremonies and funerals throughout Scotland. I have a passion for creating ceremonies that are personal and entirely unique to you or your loved one.

I am proud to be of service to LGBTQ+ community. I am here to celebrate love and shine a colourful light on your special day.

A little bit about me

Personality goes a long way! I’m a game old bird who is up for a laugh and making your day one you and your guests will remember.

I retired from the Police Service of Scotland after serving 30 years in various roles. I am pleased to say I am fully rehabilitated now! In all seriousness, during my time I have engaged with people during the hardest of times and the best of times. I have seen more trauma than anyone should and what got me through that? The answer is simple….love and support.

I recently treated myself a VW Camper and I enjoy exploring our stunning country. I love nothing more than filling the tank, and the fridge… and seeing where the road takes me.

Travel, music, family, friends, love and good health make for a happy life. Becoming a humanist celebrant is the icing on the cake.

I get excited when I listen to people who are passionate about their interests, their family, their love story and their future.

Fees

I offer a fixed transparent fee structure. For all family and couple ceremonies, my fee includes the following services.

I will be available to you for the entire day of your ceremony.

• Face to Face planning meeting, in person or via a suitable internet platform (subject to your availability)
• Unlimited contact via email, phone, text or video chat.
• Creation and delivery of a unique ceremony script.
• Unlimited help with vows, promises, readings, poetry, music and other content.
• Amendments and enhancements to drafts to ensure you achieve the script you want.

Ceremony fees and prices from October 2023

Any additional costs, such as travel, materials or items required for your desired ceremony will be discussed in full prior to the delivery of service.
